Before you hit the gym, UHD Sports & Fitness is hosting an Equipment Orientation 4 – 5 p.m., Monday, Jan. 31 in the Jesse H. Jones Student Life Center. This workshop will include information on spotting, form/technique advice, exercise suggestions and equipment education.
Beginning on Jan. 24, Sports & Fitness is hosting virtual (Fridays at 2 p.m.) and in-person classes—from Zumba to yoga to kickboxing
to full body workouts and much more.
